Your site runs on fast, secure hosting, and we keep it running.
Updates, done safely
We back up your site before every update and check it right after. Bigger updates go on a test copy first.

Copies of your site, so we can put it back if anything goes wrong.

If your site goes down, we get an alert and start fixing it.
Security
We keep it locked down: HTTPS, a firewall and security fixes as they come out.

Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, with 30 days' notice. There's no long contract, and your domain and accounts stay in your name.
What if I don't use my time?
It doesn't roll over: your time starts fresh each month. Hosting, updates, backups, monitoring and the report carry on either way.
What if I need more?
Extra time is $95 an hour, and we tell you before we use it. If you need more most months, Care Plus gives you 3 hours for $349 a month.
Is hosting included?
Yes, in both plans. A launch site runs on Cloudflare, in an account in your name. A WordPress site runs on a server we set up and look after. For a site someone else built, the Lead Check tells us where it lives and what it needs.
Do you look after sites someone else built?
Yes. They start with a Website and Lead Check ($295), so we both know what we're taking on before Care begins. If something needs fixing first, you get a fixed price for it.
WordPress or Astro, do you care for both?
Yes, on the same plans at the same prices. An Astro site has no plugins to patch, so most of your time goes on changes. A WordPress site is backed up before every update and checked right after, and bigger updates go on a test copy first.
What's in the monthly report?
What we updated, whether the site stayed up, that the backups ran, the email check, and the changes we made with the time they took. It also says what we recommend next. On Care Plus the report comes every week.
