Will it message my customers?
Not on its own. The crew drafts quotes, invoices and replies, and they go out when you say yes. Lead replies are the one exception: they answer new inquiries in seconds, and only with what you've approved.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You talk to the crew in a chat app on your phone, the way you'd text someone in your office. We set it up and keep it running.
What tools does it work with?
Jobber for requests, quotes, jobs and invoices. QuickBooks for your books. Your company email and your business phone line. Lead replies answer on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and your website chat. Use something else? Ask us on the call.
Who owns the data?
You do. The crew runs on a server in your name and works with your own data. If we ever part ways, you keep the server and everything on it.
What does it cost to run?
Starter is $750 a month and Full is $1,500. Setup is $1,500, waived on a 12-month term. The server is about $10 a month, in your name and billed to you directly. Everything else is in the monthly price.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Month to month, you can stop with 30 days' notice. A 12-month term skips the setup fee, and you commit to the year. Either way, the server and your data stay yours.
