Who we are.

Gorilla Perch is a DBA of Wrong Aspect LLC, Utah, United States. These terms cover the services on this website: websites, Care, the Website and Lead Check and AI crews.

Each project also has a proposal that sets out its scope, under our Client Agreement (gorillaperch.com/agreement).

Quotes and fixed prices.

Every job has a fixed price. We agree it with you before work starts.

Your proposal sets out the scope and what counts as a change. Changes beyond that scope are quoted as extra work before we start them.

Prices on this website are starting prices, in US dollars. A launch site starts at $3,500 and a full site at $5,000. Your fixed price is the one we agree.

Paying for a website.

You pay 50% to start, and 50% at launch or 30 days after your interview, whichever comes first.

Or you pay the same total over three months, at no extra cost.

Refunds and late payment.

If you cancel a website before the interview, we refund your deposit in full. After that, you pay for the work done so far, and we hand over everything built.

Care and crews are paid monthly. A month that has started isn't refunded; you can cancel with 30 days' notice.

Invoices are due within 7 days. If a Care or crew invoice is more than 14 days late, we tell you first, then pause the service until it's paid. There are no late fees.

Our launch-date guarantee.

A launch site goes live in one to two weeks, once we have your answers and photos.

If we miss the launch date we promised, for reasons on our side, your first month of Care is free.

Care.

Care is $149 a month and Care Plus $349 a month. Each plan includes time for changes every month, as the Care page shows.

• It's month to month. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
• Unused time doesn't roll over. Your time for changes starts fresh each month.
• If a change needs more time than you have left, we tell you first. Extra time is $95 an hour, and only with your yes.
• We back up your site before every update and check it right after. Bigger updates go on a test copy first.
• Sites we didn't build start with the Website and Lead Check before Care begins.

The Website and Lead Check.

The Website and Lead Check is $295, paid once. We check your website, then time how long your business takes to answer a test inquiry.

The $295 comes off any project, or off Care, within 60 days.

AI crews.

A crew is $750 a month for Starter or $1,500 a month for Full. You pay nothing until you have seen a mockup of your own crew.

• Setup is $1,500, once. It's waived on a 12-month term, where you commit to the year.
• Month to month, you can stop with 30 days' notice.
• Your crew runs on a server in your name. The host bills you for it directly, about $10 a month. It isn't billed through us.

The crew records and drafts on its own. Anything that reaches a customer or moves money waits for your yes.

Lead replies are the one exception: they answer new inquiries in seconds, and only with what you've approved.

Who owns what.

The domain and every account are in your name. The code is yours too, once the project is paid in full. If we ever part ways, we hand everything over.

With a crew, the server and your data are yours as well. If we ever part ways, you keep the server and everything on it.

We keep the tools we bring to every project, such as our components and our crew framework, and may reuse them; you may use them in your site for as long as it exists.

We may show the sites we build on this website and in our portfolio, and add a small credit in your site's footer. Ask, and we'll leave yours out or remove the credit.

Using this website.

The examples on this website, like the morning note on the Systems page, are made up to show how things work. They are not real customers.

Limits of liability.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. We are not liable for lost profits or other indirect losses.

Nothing here limits rights the law gives you that can't be limited.

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, where Wrong Aspect LLC is registered.

Changes to these terms.

When our terms change, we update this page and the date at the top.
